We currently have the following vacancy; please read the requirements.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing team at IVY Accounting & Tax Consultant FZE. The ideal candidate should be passionate about accounting and taxation and eager to develop a career in a professional accounting environment.
• Recording daily financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks)
• Assisting with VAT filing, returns, and record maintenance as per UAE VAT law
• Helping prepare client financial statements and trial balances
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Assisting in corporate tax calculations and submissions
• Coordinating with auditors and tax authorities when required
• Maintaining proper documentation and supporting records for clients
• Any other duties as assigned by the senior accountant or manager
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting (UAE experience preferred)
• Basic understanding of UAE VAT & Corporate Tax
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
